We decided the Clam Shack was going to become a regular stop for lunch!  YUM!

Our first night, we stayed again at the Ignacio Springs Bed and Breakfast and had another fabulous dinner at Tootsies in San Ignacio.

We stayed at Jardins in San Quintin our second night.  It is a very nice hotel with beautiful grounds and awesome meals!

The farm workers have been having demonstrations and protests over the low wages they receive.  The federal, municipal and state police have been a steady presence and seem to be keeping everything under control.

While going through the wine country, we stopped for some directions and ended up having our own private wine tasting.

During our 3 day trek up the Baja, we went through 8 military stops with 4 of them being out of the vehicle inspections.  The line at the border was quite small and it took us only about 20 minutes to get over the border and back in the USA!

It was a successful winter in the Baja …  we are already looking forward to next winter … but in the meantime, we are excited to get back home and finish getting moved into our new condo.  Can’t wait to see all our family and friends that we have missed!
