Yuma

Did a couple of day trips to Yuma and met up with old friends we had not seen in awhile.  Old as in from along time ago!!! but they have all been retired & semi-retired for years, so maybe they are also old.  🙂

Ron and Sharon Berger are friends we met while living in Alaska and we have not seen them in 30 years. They still live in AK, but spend several months in Yuma during the winter. Had a great time catching up and remembering long ago times.

Dale and Diane Zeigler are Helena friends. Dale was Rich’s boss when we moved to Helena in 1985. We use to have some great times with Dale and Diane out at the lake and on antelope hunts. We also did lots of reminiscing. While visiting w/Dale and Diane, we stopped in for a chat with Kay and Bernie Hartman who are also from Helena.

While in the Yuma area, we went to the AZ MarketPlace and crossed the border to Algondones for a little shopping and lunch.

On our way down to Yuma, we saw what we thought was a plane in the sky that was not moving, but when we got closer we saw that it was a blimp. We were told that it is the US Border Patrol and they have very high powered cameras.
